How To Pop A Random Message when PC starts

Have you ever thought  of a random window which is popped up everytime & which can contain any message that you wish to display just before any user logs on to yor PC..??
No right???? 

So, if you wish to apply this,here's the trick: 
Just follow the steps and you are good to go:



1)- Click on START and select RUN option.

2)- Type "regedit" in the  box, the Registry Editor opens up.

3)- Now navigate to this Key:

     HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WinLogon



4)- After locating the above Key, create a new String Value in the right pane and name it: LegalNoticeCaption

Do modify its value with the message you wish to see in the MENU Bar.


5)- Now again create another String Value and name it:
LegalNoticeText

Do change its value by Inserting the Message that you want to get displayed everytime. 

That's all folks.

After this process,refesh the "RegEditor" using F5 key & simltaneously restart the PC.

 When PC gets restarted you will automatically see that the message pops up, when Windows Boots Up.!
